Who are we?


A young group of Entrepreneurs that saw an opportunity in the South African market to provide a delivery service for all your household needs. With a common inclination to provide the customer with the ultimate convenience.




How do I Order?


We have opened up 3 different ordering channels for your convenience.

  1. Browse our website to select all the products you require. Once completed proceed to check out and payment page.
  2. Whats app your grocery list to our whats app hotline. We will respond with a quotation and keep you updated with the status of your order.

When can I get my delivery?


All orders placed before 11am will be delivered as a same day express delivery (T&C’s Apply). All orders thereafter will be scheduled for next day delivery.

  • Weekend Deliveries: All orders placed on Saturday before 12pm will be delivered as a same day express delivery. All orders that are placed after 12pm on Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Public Holidays : Orders placed before 11am on a Public Holiday will be delivered as a same day express delivery. All orders after 11am will be delivered on the next business day.




Is there a delivery charge?


Yes we have a delivery charge. This helps us cover our daily costs. Look at out for our free delivery promotions on our social media pages.




Which areas do we deliver to?


We are in the process of building up our delivery infrastructure. We have opened up certain areas for now and will be adding new areas regularly. Check out our delivery page to see if we deliver to your area.




Looking for something you cant find?


We are adding to our product offering on weekly basis. Get in touch with us to let us know what you would like to see in our store info@garys.co.za




What happens if an item is out of stock?


We will get in touch with you via your preferred method of contact to arrange a suitable replacement




What happens if an item is missing from my parcel?


We conduct thorough checks before we dispatch your order, however we are human and errors can happen. Get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter.
